Monaco Coach Corporation Signs License Agreement With the Dodge Brand for Exclusive Rights to Produce Towable Recreational Vehicles

COBURG, Ore., May 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Monaco Coach
Corporation, one of the nation's leading manufacturers of recreational
vehicles, announced today an agreement with the Dodge brand for exclusive
use of the Dodge logo and designs on travel trailers, fifth wheels, and toy
haulers in the U.S. and Canada.

Under the agreement, Monaco Coach will manufacture Dodge-themed
trailers over the next three years. Marketing activities are scheduled to
begin on June 30, 2006, with products available on September 30, 2006.
